MD Editor stores your writing as documents inside folders within a workspace.

Common organization patterns

  • A folder per project or client
  • A folder per repo (docs, RFCs, runbooks, release notes)
  • A “Scratch” folder for drafts that later get moved/renamed

Quick tips:

  • Use folders to control scope when you’re searching/browsing.
  • Keep templates in a dedicated folder so they’re easy to reuse.

Document states (pin / archive)

In the documents dashboard you can typically:

  • Pin important documents for quick access
  • Archive old documents to hide them from your active list (you can still find them later)
